Before you email about an order

Orders ship within 2–3 business days after payment is confirmed, to addresses in the continental United States.
Zelle payments are matched by the reference in the memo field. If you left it out, tell us the sending name and amount.
Cash App payments confirm automatically once the network settles the transaction. On-chain payments can take longer than Lightning.
