These Terms govern your use of the Sano+ website and your purchase of products. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a researcher, scientist, or qualified professional purchasing materials for laboratory research. You are responsible for ensuring your purchase and use comply with all laws applicable to you.

2. Research use only

All products are supplied for in vitro laboratory research use only and are not for human or veterinary use. Your purchase is also subject to our Research Use Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

3. Products, pricing & availability

We aim to describe products accurately, including lot-specific certificates of analysis. Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. Products are subject to availability, and we may limit or cancel quantities.

4. Orders & payment

Orders are paid by Zelle (bank-to-bank transfer, USD). After you place an order you will receive payment instructions and a reference number to include with your transfer. Orders are recorded as pending until payment is confirmed, and we reserve the right to cancel any order. Card payments are not currently available.

5. Shipping

We ship within the continental United States only, typically within 2–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Title and risk of loss pass to you on delivery to the carrier. You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.

6. Discounts

Promotional discounts (including any email-signup discount and promo codes) are applied at our discretion, may be combined only as indicated at checkout, and may be changed or withdrawn at any time.

7. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

Products are provided "as is" for research use. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sano+ disclaims all warranties beyond the certificate of analysis for the lot supplied, and shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any order shall not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

8. Prohibited conduct

You may not misuse the site, misrepresent your identity or intended use, or use products in violation of the Research Use Policy or applicable law.

9. Changes & governing law

We may update these Terms from time to time; the "last updated" date reflects the current version. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
