Refund & Returns

Because our products are sensitive research materials, we cannot accept returns of opened or used vials. We stand behind what we ship with the guarantees below.
1. What is covered
- Wrong item — you received a product different from what you ordered.
- Damaged or defective — the vial arrived broken, or the lot does not match its COA.
- Non-delivery — a tracked shipment is confirmed lost in transit.
2. What is not covered
- Opened, used, or reconstituted vials.
- Buyer's remorse after an order has shipped.
- Delays or damage caused by an incorrect shipping address you provided.
- Any use of the product outside laboratory research (see our Research Use Policy).
3. How to request
Email research@sanoplus.co within 7 days of delivery with your order reference (SANO-XXXXXX) and, for damaged or incorrect items, a photo. We'll respond within 2 business days.
4. Refund method & timing
Approved refunds are returned by Zelle to the account the payment came from, typically within 3–5 business days of approval. Replacements ship at no additional cost.
5. Cancellations
You may cancel an order any time before it ships for a full refund. Once an order has shipped it cannot be cancelled, but the coverage above still applies.
