Because our products are sensitive research materials, we cannot accept returns of opened or used vials. We stand behind what we ship with the guarantees below.

COA guarantee. If the lot printed on your vial does not match the certificate of analysis you reviewed at purchase, we will replace it or issue a full refund — no questions asked.

Email research@sanoplus.co within 7 days of delivery with your order reference (SANO-XXXXXX) and, for damaged or incorrect items, a photo. We'll respond within 2 business days.

4. Refund method & timing

Approved refunds are returned by Zelle to the account the payment came from, typically within 3–5 business days of approval. Replacements ship at no additional cost.

5. Cancellations

You may cancel an order any time before it ships for a full refund. Once an order has shipped it cannot be cancelled, but the coverage above still applies.
