This policy explains what information Sano+ collects, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Information we collect

• Order details — your name, email address, and shipping address, provided at checkout to fulfill your order.
• Email signups — if you enter your email to claim a discount or sign up for updates.
• Order records — the items, amounts, and status of your orders.
• Device data — standard log data and local browser storage (used to remember your cart and applied discount).

We do not collect or store your bank or card details. Zelle payments are made directly through your bank's service; we only see that a transfer arrived and the reference you include. Cash App payments are processed by our payment provider, who tells us only that the order was paid and for how much — we never see your wallet or account details.

2. How we use it

• To process, fulfill, and ship your orders and send order-related email.
• To provide certificates of analysis and respond to your inquiries.
• To send updates or restock alerts if you opted in (you can opt out anytime).
• To operate, secure, and improve the site.

3. Service providers

We share limited information only with vendors that help us run the store, under their own privacy terms:

• Netlify — website hosting and serverless functions.
• Supabase — secure storage of order records.
• Resend — sending transactional email.

We do not sell your personal information.

4. Cookies & local storage

We use essential browser storage to keep your cart and remember an applied discount. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.

5. Data retention

We keep order records as long as needed to fulfill orders, provide support, and meet legal and accounting obligations, then delete or anonymize them.

6. Your choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and you may unsubscribe from marketing email at any time, by contacting research@sanoplus.bio.

7. Changes

We may update this policy; the "last updated" date reflects the current version.
