Every product sold by Sano+ is supplied strictly for in vitro laboratory research use only.

Products are not drugs, dietary supplements, cosmetics, or medical devices. They are not FDA-approved and have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration or any other regulatory authority for human or veterinary use.

1. Permitted use

Compounds are intended solely for legitimate scientific research and laboratory experimentation conducted by qualified professionals. They must be handled only by individuals trained in laboratory safety and good laboratory practice.

2. Prohibited use

You agree that products purchased from Sano+ will not be:

administered to, ingested by, or otherwise introduced into humans or animals;
used for any diagnostic, therapeutic, clinical, or cosmetic purpose;
compounded, repackaged, or resold for human or veterinary consumption;
used in any manner that violates applicable local, state, or federal law.

3. Buyer responsibility

By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, are acquiring materials for laboratory research, and are responsible for handling, storage, use, and disposal of all products in accordance with applicable laws, institutional policies, and good laboratory practice.

4. Testing

Independent third-party analysis is performed by an accredited laboratory. Certificates of analysis are made available for the lot you purchase. Results are specific to the sample tested and are provided for informational research purposes only.
